VR & Gaming Preferences

We collect content you create, including profile bios, posts, messages, photos, and any other content you share through the app.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Your data may be shared only in the following circumstances:

• With other users: Your profile information (display name, photos, VR apps, interests, linked account usernames) is visible to other users as part of the app's social features.
• Service providers: We use Firebase (Google) for authentication, data storage, and analytics. Google's privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of our users.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access and update your personal information through your profile settings
• Delete your account and associated data at any time from the Profile screen
• Request a copy of your data by contacting us
• Opt out of non-essential communications

When you delete your account, we permanently remove your profile data, posts, and messages. Some anonymized usage data may be retained for analytics purposes.

6. Age Requirements

Project X is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a user is under 13, we will promptly delete their account and associated data.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
