Welcome to Project X. By accessing or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Project X. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Users between 13 and 17 should have parental or guardian consent before using the app.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your profile and to keep it up to date. You may not impersonate another person or create multiple accounts.

3. Acceptable Use

When using Project X, you agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
• Harass, bully, intimidate, or threaten other users
• Share sexually explicit or pornographic content
• Promote hate speech, discrimination, or violence against any individual or group
• Spam, scam, or attempt to mislead other users
• Share another person's private information without consent
• Use the app for any commercial or advertising purpose without authorization
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the app's functionality

4. Content Guidelines

You retain ownership of content you post on Project X. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it within the app. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or our community standards without prior notice.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in behavior that harms other users, or for any reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the Profile screen in the app.

6. Limitation of Liability

Project X is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

7. User Interactions

Project X facilitates connections between VR gamers but is not responsible for the behavior of any user. Exercise caution when sharing personal information and meeting people online. We encourage you to report any inappropriate behavior through the app's reporting features.

8. Intellectual Property

The Project X name, logo, design, and all related trademarks are our property. You may not use our branding without prior written permission.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Your continued use of Project X after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
